A system to automatically grade potatoes and if oversized, cut in half

This intelligent grading and halving system automatically separates undersized and oversized potatoes before precisely cutting larger potatoes in half. Oversized product is orientated widest edge first toward rotating circular blades, ensuring consistent cuts. Automation reduces labour while improving accuracy, essential for high-speed packaging lines. The system is available in 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10-lane configurations to suit varying production capacities.

Key Features

The size to be graded is sellected on the 10" colour HMI along with all machine controls.
The system contains no gears, chains of pullys and is virtually maintenance free. It is fully wash-down.
Infeed belts/vibtators and take-out belts can be added.
