Seasoning Drum

Our fully stainless vibratory conveyors are engineered with a hygienic solid round bar design, ideal for evenly distributing seasoning within a drum or gently conveying product along your process line. The open-frame construction allows complete accessibility for cleaning, while the fully wipe-down design supports strict hygiene standards. Built for durability and consistent performance, these conveyors provide reliable product movement while minimising build-up and simplifying sanitation in demanding food production environments.

Seasoning Scarves and Vibrators

Designed to process starch-laden water from crisp or chip fryer wash systems, this self-contained unit combines screening and centrifuge technology to separate starch from water. Recovered water can be recycled back into production, reducing waste. Supplied pre-wired and factory tested, installation can take as little as three days. Optional secondary drying and sieving further increase starch cleanliness and value.

Starch Recovery System

This system delivers extremely accurate blending and application of oil and powders. Closed-loop flow control continuously monitors and adjusts pump speed to maintain precise dosing. Oil and powders are blended in a primary tank, transferred to a secondary tank, and then accurately pumped to the seasoning drum for consistent product coating.

Twin Kettle Slurry System

The radial blade cutting system cleanly cuts extruded multi-strand sticks from 20mm to over 200mm in length. Precision blades ensure consistent cutting across all strands. Fully stainless and wash-down rated, the system meets strict hygiene standards and includes an integrated transport blower for smooth downstream product handling.

Cutter

This intelligent grading and halving system automatically separates undersized and oversized potatoes before precisely cutting larger potatoes in half. Oversized product is orientated widest edge first toward rotating circular blades, ensuring consistent cuts. Automation reduces labour while improving accuracy, essential for high-speed packaging lines. The system is available in 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10-lane configurations to suit varying production capacities.

Potato Grader/Halver

This conveyor belt buffer store gently handles product while creating buffering between production, seasoning, and packaging stages. By reducing process stoppages during refilling or packaging interruptions, it improves overall line efficiency. First-in, first-out control ensures products exit in the order they enter, minimising air exposure and preventing staleness or product build-up.

Buffer Hopper

Designed with hygiene as a priority, the Powder Dispensing System allows full stripdown in under one minute, with all food contact parts washable. A servo-driven screw provides high turn-down ratios, allowing one auger to accurately handle both salt and powders. Optional Loss-in-Weight control further improves dosing accuracy.

Dry Powder Seasoning

Oil is stored in a stainless-steel tank heated via a programmable double-skinned water jacket. A pneumatic piston pump supplies oil to solenoids that spray controlled droplets onto product. Closed-loop flow control maintains precise application rates. Seasoning drums are custom designed to suit your product, capacity, and production line.
